Folding Dressing Doll

I've seen this folding dressing doll at an exhibition of the Kindermuseum about communication. My girls played for nearly half an hour with it, so I decided I could create one myself. Unfortunately, none of the supervisors could tell me if the design was an original by the creators of the exhibition or if they had seen this somewhere else.
